Get Shirtless

This is a bit frustrating. After long hours of searching shirtless pictures of gorgeous Gossip Girl actor Penn Badgley, I only found this picture. Well, it’s not even fully shirtless but we did have a glance at his lovable fleshy nipples. Penn Badgley has done a lot of TV appearance and his biggest breakthrough was in the movie John Tucker Must Die and of course, Gossip Girl. In 2008, he will be featured in a few movies so let’s hope he’ll take it off for all us Penn Badgley fans!
