Penn Badgley Shirtless

This is a bit frustrating. After long hours of searching shirtless pictures of gorgeous Gossip Girl actor Penn Badgley, I only found this picture. Well, it’s not even fully shirtless but we did have a glance at his lovable fleshy nipples. Penn Badgley has done a lot of TV appearance and his biggest breakthrough was in the movie John Tucker Must Die and of course, Gossip Girl. In 2008, he will be featured in a few movies so let’s hope he’ll take it off for all us Penn Badgley fans!

    Just type in Penn Badgley on google.. like the third or fourth pic. in is him shirtless. there are more too… just look for them
